“This Course gave way more info than I had anticipated. I purchased it in a Bundle of Health products six months ago. Had I known how inspired it would leave me, I'd have done it right away. I knew about water and negative ions. What I didn't know was how to use bath salts in an 'isotonic' way for healing. I knew a little about hot & cold baths, but Chris explained the whys and now I actually want to do them. Lots of recipes and essential oil info too. Enjoyed the course and highly recommend!”
