The title fits the course.

I enjoyed the course. I had no idea the amount of bath salts needed for a therapeutic bath. The information on the difference in photo-toxicity between steam distilled and cold pressed citrus oils was valuable. I just wish I had access to a 'real' bathtub to try more than the food bath and shower ideas.

Who knew there was so much to learn about water. I never thought about it other than it's something that I drink when I'm thirsty and use it to wash with. Thank you Chris for putting such a great course together and giving me new insight into something I've always taken for granted. Thank you especially for teaching me about the benefits of isotonic solutions and using more of what nature has given us to combine with water for the betterment of our health and wellbeing. Really enjoyed this course.
